Bald Eagle Watching
View Bald Eagles from the Tourist Information Center at 211 South Main or along the river on St. Feriole Island. Eagles can be found roosting in the trees at these locations. Quantities of Bald Eagles can be viewed in the morning hours or in the afternoon when they are flying along the river. Sightseeing Cruises on the Mississippi River
Take in one of our one-hour sightseeing cruises on the Mississippi River. The Julia Belle Swain, one of five steamboats on the Mississippi, will dock at St. Feriole Island to board passengers for a steamboat cruise. Reservations are required. Villa Louis
This is an 1870 Victorian mansion built by the family of Hercules Dousman, an entrepreneurial frontiersman who parlayed various investments into a fortune.
